Welcome and Thank You for taking the time to view my Photographic Art. I have always enjoyed the outdoors and wish to share with you some of its natural beauty along with some of the man made wonderments that Oregon and Washington State has to offer.
I have varied galleries ranging from the beauty of a small flower to the coldness of a steel and cement structure. I began my interest in photography with a hand me down canon 35mm film camera. I am very thankful for begining with film. I do still shoot film with my Hasselblad but have since retired my 35mm. I have enmbarked on the digital side of photography. Dedicating one gallery to just digital images.
As Edward Weston once said "The camera should be used for a recording of life, for rendering the very substance and quintenssence of the thing itself, whether it be polished steel or palpitating flesh".
Follow along as I explore these wonders of Nature and Moments in time.
